To place your order, you can send us email with detailed order at priority. Also you can call us or fax us your order. ☺Delivery Sample Order or small order:
Permitted by you, we use established couriers such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL to deliver your sample order or small order.
☺Delivery the order in bulk:
If you order is in bigger quantity, you can ask us to ship by air flight or sea shipping. Your forwarder or our forwarder is alternative. If you have your own forwarder, please tell us the contact name, address, and phone number of your forwarder and your account number.
If the shipment method is not specified, we will try to recommend you one efficient and economical method for your order. Shipping and handing charges are prepaid and added to your invoice.

☺The shipping charge:
Because the price is based on FOB Shenzhen, the shipping charge will enter in your account. Of course, we can pay the shipping charge in advance after you transfer the shipping charge with goods value. Also you can ask us delivery your goods by freight collected. We can get about 50% discounts for you with all our couriers as we have done business with them for many years.

☻Delivery & tracking

☺Lead time:
The lead time of sample order is 1~4 business days upon receipt of payment, the lead time of bulk order is 5~10 business days upon receipt of payment according to the model and quantity.
The first lead time of OEM/ODM order is about one month, the lead time of followed OEM/ODM order is 5~10 business days upon receipt of payment according to the model and quantity if you forward us your order forecast.
☺Delivery your goods
We only use established couriers such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL, Airline or Sea shipping to deliver your goods. We have excellent relationships with all our couriers as we have done business with them for many years. All deliveries are fully insured against loss and damage for the whole world destinations so that if your goods are lost in transit or arrive damaged we will simply dispatch replacement goods at no cost to yourself.
☺Tracking your goods
After delivery, our sales will forward you the tracking information, such as packing list, commercial invoice, tracking number, HAWB or Bill of leading. You can track your goods on the courier’s website or you can contact with our sales to know the detailed shipment. 

☻Cancellation

☺You have the right to cancel at any time preceding dispatch of your goods. If you decide to return, you are responsible for the costs of carriage and of insuring the goods in transit. The item must not be used, and must be 'as new' when returned to us. You will be issued with a refund within ten business days after we receive the returned goods.
